When will I get my rewards?
Sit tight – we haven’t shipped yet! Now that the Kickstarter campaign is over, we are reaching out to all our backers and finalizing order details. Make sure to complete the survey you receive through Backerkit. If you’ve filled that out, you can expect your RBG to arrive in early Fall 2018.

Can I update my shipping address?
If you want to change your address prior to shipping, shoot us an email at [email protected] and we’ll gladly update your order. Just make sure you contact us before the Backerkit lock down date of August 10. After shipping, there’s not much we can do – your order will ship to its original destination.

Can I send my reward to someone else as a gift?
Not a problem! We’ll send your rewards to whatever name and address you enter in the survey. Your mom? Sure! Nephew? Sure. RBG herself? If you can find her address, sure!

We’ll ship anywhere in the world! However, for countries outside the US, international shipping rates apply and may vary.

How long do I have to fill out my Backerkit?
We can only hold on to your prizes for 90 days after the Backerkit survey goes out. We can’t guarantee rewards or provide refunds after October 9th so hurry now!

What does the action figure look like, e.g dimensions, features?
Designed by Mike Leavitt, the RBG Action Figure is made from a combination of PVC and ABS plastics, stands approximately 6 inches tall, and has 7 points of articulation. She comes prepared to help you exact justice – be it in your home, car, office, or as a present to that conservative uncle of yours whom you owe an early Christmas gift ;)

How do I buy other figures and stretch goal prizes?
You can add on additional figures and stretch goal prizes via our online Backerkit survey. The survey will include your current rewards package and options for add-ons including stretch goal prizes. Just select the “add-ons” you want and you’ll be good to go!

Can I change my pledge before I fill out my Backerkit?
Absolutely! When you open your survey you’ll see a link to “switch your pledge level” beneath your big green “Get Started!” button. Click it, select the tier you’d prefer and click the switch button.

I made multiple pledges but now I don’t qualify for the stretch goals I want! Can I combine them?
That’s easy enough to fix! You’re going to have to choose one pledge to add all your donations to, and cancel the rest (check out the “Can I still change my pledge?” FAQ). If your pledge is higher than the value of your prize pack, any extra gets turned into credits after the campaign, so you can still get all your goodies as add-ons.
Just be aware that we can’t value a cancelled Early Bird deal, so choose wisely!

I raised my pledge to get a stretch goal, but don't see it included in my reward. Help!
We’re seeing this glitch with a handful of backers. We can go into the system and fix it, just email us directly at [email protected] and include the name and email associated with your Kickstarter account as well as your pledge level.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
